Hi my zoulous and welcome to this new tutorial.
In this tutorial, we are going to talk about how to obtain reputation and how to use it in Conqueror’s Blade.
First of all, how do you obtain reputation? Mainly through quests. There are different types, which we will go through together.
Fief quests
To access
fief quests, you need to click on the fief in question via the map, then go to Overview and the Fief quests tab.
Each quest has a level defined by the number of stars it has.
The higher the number of stars, the better the rewards will be, especially the reputation we are interested in here.
Be careful: for two quests of the same level, it is possible to have different rewards.
So keep this in mind in order to optimize as much as possible.
Additional note: if you complete your quests in a fief that belongs to your house or your direct alliance (for reminder, the territory shown in green), you will receive, in addition to the standard rewards, the reputation bonus specified in the other rewards section.
Assuming you complete 20 level 5 fief quests in fiefs that belong to you or your alliance, you can obtain up to 480 reputation per member over one week.
In practice, it is quite rare to only be able to complete level 5 quests.
The average for a player who completes these quests properly is closer to around 200–300 reputation points over one week, assuming the fiefs are high enough level to offer decent quests.
Daily quests
As their name suggests, daily quests can be completed every day.
To access them, press L by default, then go to the Quests tab.
Currently, there are 3 quests that grant reputation.
Vae Victis, Three Battles, and Five Battles. Adding the rewards from all three allows you to obtain 6 reputation points per day, which equals 42 reputation points per week.
Weekly quests
Weekly quests logically reset every week.
They are accessible via the L key by default, then the Weekly quests tab.
It is possible to obtain around 30 reputation points through these quests.
Reconstruction quests
This type of quest appeared in Season 6 and may no longer be present in future seasons, but I’m still mentioning it because they allow you to obtain reputation.
Very concretely, the mechanics are exactly the same as standard fief quests: quest level, 20 reconstruction quests per week, etc.
Note that the 20 reconstruction quests do not count toward the standard fief quest limit, meaning you can complete up to 40 quests per week in total when they are active.
We’re done with obtaining reputation, now let’s move on to its uses.
Declaration of war
Declaring war is required if you want to use the ruling houses system. We won’t cover this system in this tutorial, but you can find all the necessary information in the
GVG preparation tutorial if you wish.
Declaring war has a cost that depends on several parameters.
The fief level: the higher the level, the more reputation points you will have to pay.
The type of fief: declaring war on a city, for example, costs more than on a village.
And the final parameter is the time between the declaration and the targeted GVG.
Indeed, if you declare war 10 minutes before the GVG, you will pay more than if you had declared it 4 days earlier.
To declare war, simply click on the desired fief via the map, click the Declare War button, enter a message if you wish, set the declaration date, configure who can join (only your house or your alliance, etc.), and then click Declare War.
Building structures for GVG
Outposts
Limited to one outpost per territory, this building grants 500 local influence points.
It can therefore allow your house to take the lead in local influence even if you do not control the sub-fiefs.
If you don’t understand the concept of influence, I once again refer you to the
GVG preparation tutorial.
To build an outpost, you will need to pay 2000 reputation points.
Forward camps
There is no construction limit here as long as you have enough reputation; building a single forward camp will cost you 1000 reputation points.
Forward camps allow you to resupply, heal your units, create standard artillery such as cannons and culverins in exchange for silver coins, but also specific artillery such as siege towers for 250 reputation points each, trebuchets for 150 reputation points, and battering rams for 200 reputation points.
Each camp also grants 50 local influence points in the territory where it is built, limited to one camp per territory.
This is already the end of this article. I hope you enjoyed it. Don’t forget to leave a thumbs up if you liked it, and subscribe to the channel if you want to follow along! As a reminder, you can use the code
