Hello my zoulous et welcome for this new video on Naraka Bladepoint.
Today we’re going to explain the different ways to unlock characters in Naraka.

Intro

First of all, when you start the game you will have 4 characters unlocked.
Viper, Matari, Tianhai, and Ziping Yin.

To unlock an additional character, you will need either 100 Hero Coins or 600 Gold. Since Gold is the premium currency of the game, we will mainly focus on the free-to-play options.

Dawn of Adventure

Accessible from the main menu on the right side for a new account.
You will see 2 tabs. The first one, First Journey, is a set of challenges to complete that grant various rewards, especially at level 10 where you can obtain Hero Coins.

The second tab is Beginner’s Days. This one is very simple: you just need to log into the game each day to receive a reward.
In particular, Day 2 grants 100 Hero Coins, allowing you to directly unlock a new character, and Day 12 grants 65 Hero Coins.

The Shop

From the main menu, go to the Shop tab and then Items. You can purchase Hero Coins using a currency called Tae, with a rate of 1 Hero Coin for 120 Tae. Keep in mind that you can only buy up to 35 Hero Coins per week.

Free Training

From the main menu, at the bottom right, you can access training modes.
To do so, click on Mode Selection, then Training, and finally Free Training.
By completing the different specialized exercises, you will earn various rewards, including 50 Hero Coins for completing Chapter 2 and another 50 Hero Coins for completing Chapter 5.

Standard Edition

By default, your account is free-to-play, allowing access to most of the game’s features. However, for 980 Gold, you can upgrade to the Standard Edition, which allows you to unlock ranked mode at level 20 instead of level 50 in free-to-play, gain earlier access to public chat, remove the weekly limit on Hero Coins you can earn, and access custom lobbies.

In addition, the Standard Edition grants you 300 Hero Coins, which means unlocking 3 heroes immediately, making it quite a good deal. For comparison, via the Heroes menu, a single hero costs 600 Gold.
