The Queen is considered a DPS; she should either engage as a secondary attacker, flank, or back. Once practically in melee range, use your first skill and wait for your Queen's Knight to complete its full combo. Once finished, you can press 2 and then recast 1. Note that your Queen's Knight is invulnerable for a short time after activating 1.
