Hi my zoulous and welcome to this new video.
In this video we will focus more specifically on how to obtain bronze coins and how to optimize them in Conqueror’s Blade.
First, we will list most of the methods to obtain bronze coins. Then we will talk about ways to save and optimize the bronze coins you already have, and finally we will conclude with a table showing the activities that generate the most bronze.
PVP Methods
Method 1: Sieges
In sieges, at the end of each battle, the game gives you a score based on your effectiveness. This score directly affects the number of bronze coins you will receive.
Quick reminder: the actions that improve your score are:
- Number of enemy warlords killed
- Number of deaths of your hero
- Number of assists
- Number of enemy troops killed
- Number of artillery pieces destroyed
- Damage dealt and received
- And finally, participation points
The more efficient you are in each of these categories, the more bronze coins you will earn.
Overall, you will earn around 4,600 to 6,000 bronze coins for an average match, and around 7,000 to 9,000 bronze coins for a good match lasting about 15 minutes.
Method 2: Field Battles
The same applies to field battles: the more effective you are, the more bronze coins you will earn.
You can expect around 3,000–4,000 bronze coins for an average match and 5,000–7,000 bronze coins for a good match, with an average duration of 10 minutes.
Method 3: Free Battles
Free battles, which are either siege-type (Sunday) or field battle-type (Wednesday), grant around 7,500 bronze coins for an average duration of 16 minutes.
Additionally, you do not pay for lost unit kits, meaning you gain pure profit.
Method 4: Deathmatches
As a reminder, deathmatches are troopless arena fights.
The main interest of this mode is not really bronze coins, but it’s still worth mentioning.
On average, deathmatches grant around 1,400 bronze coins for 6 minutes and do not consume unit kits.
Method 5: GvG (Territory War)
GvG (Territory War) is one of the main activities in Conqueror’s Blade. The goal is to conquer territories to obtain titles and associated rewards, including bronze coins.
However, GvG itself (attacking or defending a fief) is not very profitable, as it usually consumes many troops and therefore a lot of bronze coins.
As an indication, you earn around 3,000 bronze coins in 12 minutes on average, which is clearly not profitable when you also consider unit kit losses.
PVE Methods
Method 1: Expeditions
Depending on the expedition level, you will earn more or less bronze coins:
- Level 20 expedition: around 700 bronze coins in 6–7 minutes
- Level 40 expedition: around 1,200 bronze coins in 7–8 minutes
- Level 60 expedition: around 1,900 bronze coins in 7–8 minutes
Method 2: Bandit Camps
Bandit camps are instances where you must capture several points.
This activity grants bronze coins based on camp difficulty, capture points, enemy units killed, heroes killed, etc.
- Easy camp: around 1,900 bronze coins in 6–7 minutes
- Medium camp: around 2,200 bronze coins in 8–9 minutes
- Hard camp: around 3,300 bronze coins in 9–10 minutes
Method 3: Open-World Bandits
Even though the bronze earned from this activity seems low, the time investment is also very low. With proper troop optimization, positioning, and map choice, it can still be profitable.
For bandits:
- Easy difficulty: around 360 bronze coins for 1 minute
- Medium difficulty: around 400 bronze coins for about 2 minutes
- Hard difficulty: around 450 bronze coins for an average of 1 minute 40 seconds
Method 4: AI Battles
AI battles are fights against NPCs and take place on field battle-type maps.
You earn around 2,000 bronze coins for an average duration of 4 minutes.
Method 5: Carts / Huts / Cabins
In the open world, you can find carts, huts, etc., which drop random items, including bags containing 20 to 1,500 bronze coins, or chests containing up to around 10,000 bronze coins.
Method 6: Daily / Weekly / Seasonal Quests
Daily quests can also reward bronze coins. Completing them takes around 40 minutes in good sessions and up to 2 hours in less efficient ones.
You can also earn bronze coins through weekly quests, which can be completed alongside your regular activities.
For example, let’s go to the weekly quests tab.
In the ‘Military Service’ menu, the quest ‘Half a Hundred’ shows that you can earn 10,000 bronze coins, which is quite decent, and there are many quests of this type. I strongly encourage you to plan your in-game activities around these quests in order to be as profitable as possible.
In addition to that, every completed weekly quest grants battle points. If you earn enough of them, you will unlock additional rewards, which also contain bronze coins.
7th method: events (PVE or PVP)
Conqueror’s Blade occasionally offers events that can be very rewarding in terms of bronze coins, honor, experience, etc. You should take full advantage of them whenever they are available in order to gain or save a significant amount of resources.
Optimization methods
And now that we are done with the acquisition methods, we can move on to optimization methods.
Planning your route
First method: look at daily, seasonal, weekly, and unit quests in order to create a gameplay plan. For example, if a weekly quest requires you to play field battles, a unit quest asks you to use cavalry in field battles, and a daily quest requires you to complete 3 battles,
then you might as well do everything at the same time. This way, you optimize both your bronze coin gains and your time.
Second method – hiring mercenaries
Indeed, mercenaries increase your bronze coin income, honor points, and EXP by 10% per battle, provided they are present in your lineup. Be careful: this bonus does not stack, so there is no point in taking multiple mercenaries.
Another benefit of mercenaries is that you do not need to maintain them with unit kits, which allows you to save resources at that level.
Third method: crafting unit kits
As mentioned earlier, units require kits to ensure their maintenance and effectiveness in battle. These kits can be obtained in several ways, including:
Using bronze coins
Purchasing them from the market
Or crafting them directly.
Depending on your needs, you can switch between these methods. Since this tutorial focuses on saving bronze coins, we will mainly favor purchasing from the market or crafting.
To buy from the market, you can either search directly for the kit name or access it through the unit interface using the provided link.
As for crafting, you must first find a city that allows you to craft the desired kit. Once found, visit the infantry armorer and take note of the required refined materials. At this point, you can either buy the necessary materials or farm them in the open world. For more details on resources and how they work, I invite you to check out my tutorial on the subject.
Fourth method: unit crafting
Indeed, when crafting units, you will need a set number of kits, and many players directly spend bronze coins. To continue saving, I strongly recommend crafting your own kits instead.
Fifth method: joining a house
There is a quest system available in the house quest tab, divided into two sections.
The upper section contains global house quests, meaning all members contribute to their completion. The lower section is personal, offering rewards just for you.
Beyond the rewards shown in the lower-right section, completing these quests funds the house treasury. These house funds are then distributed to members, with a limit set by the house baron. They can only be used for unit kits, which allows you to save your bronze coins.
Sixth method: taxes
Depending on your status relative to the house that owns the territory, you will have to pay bronze coin taxes. These taxes can be extremely expensive, so you must always remain vigilant in order to save as many bronze coins as possible.
Seventh method: playing low-tier units
A possible solution if you are in a critical bronze situation is to play low-tier units (tiers 1, 2, and 3) in order to reduce maintenance costs.
This method should only be used as a last resort, as you may be less effective in battle, increasing your chances of defeat and ultimately earning fewer bronze coins.
Eighth method: selling to NPCs
You can sell certain items directly to NPCs instead of listing them on the market in order to earn some bronze coins.
Ninth method: the battle pass
Depending on the season, the battle pass may grant access to bronze coin chests. Advancing through it can therefore be very worthwhile.
Tenth method: the seasonal shop
You can purchase bronze coin chests using seasonal currency. These chests provide 1,000 bronze coins, which is far from negligible.
Eleventh method: premium account
It is possible to subscribe to the Premium offer via the shop to gain:
- 30% increased hero EXP
- 30% increased unit EXP
- 30% additional honor points
- More chest keys from weekly quests
- And most importantly for us here, an additional 30% bonus to bronze coin acquisition
By the way, if the premium account interests you, you can use the Denetax code in the shop, which will give you access to packs containing premium days as well as many other bonuses.
You can find additional details in the video description.
Ratios
Well, it is now time to conclude with activity ratios.
You will find at this
link a small document containing all the calculated ratios as well as the matches that allowed me to share these numbers with you. These figures come from my own games and should be taken with a grain of salt, as they depend on each player (personally, I don’t particularly enjoy ranked battles and it clearly shows in the statistics, so I invite you to do the same exercise to determine your own ratios).
Let’s move on to the activity rankings, where the ratio represents the time required to generate 1 bronze coin.
# 10 - Expeditions 60 - 0.23
# 9 - Normal Bandit Camp - 0.22
# 8 - Easy Bandit Camp - 0.20
# 7 - Hard Bandit - 0.18
# 6 - Hard Bandit Camp - 0.16
# 5 - Easy Bandit - 0.16
# 4 - Ranked Battle - 0.13
# 3 - AI Battle - 0.12
# 2 - Siege - 0.11
# 1 - Field Battle - 0.09
In addition to that, titles also influence the amount received by members on Sunday morning. The higher the title, the more rewards the member will receive thanks to the fiefs held by their house.
