Hello my zoulous and welcome to this new article. This time, we’re going to break down the new feature introduced for units in season 16 of Conqueror's Blade. I am of course talking about unit masteries.
What are unit masteries?
Unit masteries allow you either to increase the stats of the selected unit or to add new passive abilities to that same unit.
For example, Prefecture Guards can gain 80 points of slashing damage penetration for the first mastery, or an automatic charge when the unit uses Prefecture Drill for the final mastery.
This mechanic was added in season 16 and helps rebalance less-played units. At the time I am writing this article, it has been implemented on 5 units, and according to the information we have, masteries will be added to 4 to 5 units every month.
How do you unlock these masteries?
The logical question that probably comes to mind next is: how do you unlock these masteries? Well, you will need to obtain mastery plans, knowing that some units, such as the Hammer Prefectures, have their own specific plans, and that there are currently 2 plan rarities: Decent and Rare.
How do you obtain plans?
PvE mode: Master of Mastery
First method: the PvE mode, Master of Mastery.
During this activity, you will first need to capture the supply point directly in front of you, then rush to the central point to kill the bandit leader.
To help you, you have access to your own units as well as units granted at each milestone reached. After several tests, there is no correlation between the number of units killed and the plans obtained. The most optimized approach is therefore to rush straight ahead.
Be careful though of the Prefecture Pikemen, who can one-shot you if you are not paying attention.
Useful note: this event is limited per day. You should complete it once per day to be optimal; however, it is possible to skip it for up to 4 days without losing anything.
*karlo* I didn’t understand anything.
Let’s take an example. The first hardcore player will complete Master of Mastery every single day.
The second player may skip this activity on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and then complete the event 4 times on Thursday without any loss compared to the first player.
The Honor Store
Let’s move on to the second method to obtain plans: the Honor Store.
Accessible by pressing U, then Unit Tree, and finally Honor Store.
You can obtain up to 15 green plans and 5 blue plans per week in exchange for Honor. Don’t forget—this is quite important.
Events
Third method to obtain plans: events.
Indeed, some events occasionally allow you to earn plans. This is notably the case with the Sengoku login event. I therefore recommend staying alert.
Mastery plan exchange
Last thing: you have the option to obtain blue plans by exchanging your green plans. To do this, press O, then Events, and Mastery Scroll Exchange. This is already the end of this article. I hope you enjoyed it. Don’t forget to leave a thumbs up if you liked it, and if you want to follow the channel, subscribe! I remind you that you can use the code
ZYX515 to gain access to a few in-game advantages for new players, or
ZYL515 for players who haven’t launched the game for 1 month
