Hello my zoulous and welcome to this new article. This time we are going to talk about a very powerful new tool that completes the website's toolkit, I named the DeneStrat.
What is the Denestrat?
First of all, what is the DeneStrat? It's an online tool available
here that will allow you to create your strategy for your guild or your tournament team.
The tool is based on the maps, heroes, and units of the website, which ensures the tool is always up to date.
Of course, you have the ability to drag and drop units / heroes / artillery directly onto the map, draw potential important paths, designate areas, write text, add slides to properly structure your strategy, etc.
The tool is available in French and English. Moreover, you don't need to create an account to use it; you can access it directly via the link in the description.
Different types of saving
Regarding saving, there are several modes.
1st mode, the offline mode. Here, the strategy will be saved in your browser.
You will therefore be able to close the window and open it later using the same browser.
The constraint of this mode is that if you change internet browsers or clear your cache, the strategy will of course no longer be available.
2nd mode, the logged-in mode. As soon as you have an account, you will be able to save your strategies simply by giving them a name. You can then reload them anywhere from any browser.
3rd mode, the logged-in mode with a composition.
Linking with unit compositions
This is where it becomes very powerful. You can link a strategy with a unit composition you made beforehand on the roster editor module.
The advantage is that you can easily revisit an old composition via the roster editor history, see what the strategy was back then with that composition, and potentially modify it without having to redo the entire composition or strategy.
Additionally, you have the ability to switch very easily between the two modules, allowing you to be more efficient.
By the way, if the
roster editor module interests you, don't hesitate to take a look as well, it's pretty useful.
Also, if you have any feedback or new ideas regarding the roster editor or the Denestrat, don't hesitate to let me know in the comments or on Discord.
