The Kevthuuls cavalry is a guerrilla unit. Specifically, in open field, the unit will use its first skill to fire a volley of flaming arrows at enemies. This volley deals significant damage and can kill at long range, much like cavalry. However, the unit will then charge towards the targeted unit. To avoid this and continue the harassment, you can either initiate the charge yourself or press X to recall them. Note that this skill is considered a charge, so it can be used repeatedly. Regarding skill 2, you can use it in melee range. It inflicts relatively good fire damage, but generally, you should try to avoid engaging in melee combat except against isolated units or those weak to fire.
